  I stopped by this location to grab a quick bite before starting my day, and the food actually wasn't that bad. The waitress forgot about our food and almost didn't bring it to us, but we still got it after she fixed the problem. I went to use the bathroom and there was a worker sitting on the toilet that was leaking all over the floor. I chose to go in the stall next to them and the water was all over the floor in my stall as well. There were pieces of toilet paper in the water to possibly "dry it up" but it was clearly not working. The entire bathroom wreaked of a sewage smell because of the leaking toilet. The handicapped stall had stains on the seats that could only be poop that had been there for what looked like months. The entire bathroom was very unsanitary and disgusting and did not look like it got cleaned at all. While paying for our food, my boyfriend pointed out an ant crawling on the counter and the employee proceeded to smash it with a stapler. That's all I have to say.

  My daughter and I went hoping to get some great breakfast. Instead we waited for 20 minutes  with no one even taking our order!I needed to go to the restroom and decided then that it was time to go after  smelling a " sour " odor upon entering. The floor was sticky and the odor was stronger inside  and the stalls weren't clean all. We decided to go elsewhere to get something to eat.

  Just came to this location, was standing in line and the woman seating people looked over us and sat the people standing behind us. Strike one. Finally get seated. No drink order and just gave us menus. 20 minutes went by and 3 other tables came and was seated and got there drinks. Managers walking by and workers l. Notified a worker and she went to find out server. Another 20 mins went by and saw more getting served after us. I went off on the Manager and left!

  This is the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP. My husband and I arrived at 6 PM, ordered right away, and didn't get our food until 6:45. Our waitress disappeared for long periods of time and ignored our empty drinks. When our food finally arrived, it was ice cold and undercooked. My eggs were so soupy and, as a pregnant woman, I refused to eat them. All the food we were served was questionable and had a horrible taste. Save your money & go to a different place.

  Two out of the last 3 times I've been there to eat I have left.cust service is the worst of any ihop I have ever been at.
